Stella Golf Hotel

It was our anniversary Staff was very welcoming With special room decoration Surprise cake Calling from time to time to check if anything is needed This wasn't our first stay i used to stay for more than 20 years now I never enjoy the holiday except at Stella Love it 😍

Nothink all was extremely fine

This is my 5th stay at the hotel, pool and beach are very good, food is ok, not a 5 stars buffet but ok, very limited selection but good quality.

Staff is really bad, every person in the place does not know how to deal with customers, I forgot my jaket in the room, and before leaving i asked at the lost and found, the jaket was stolen from my room, by the house keeping, never handed to the lost and found, tried to contact them the day after to ask about it again, very rude reply from the lost and found departement:” didnt you ask yesterday and we told you nothing was handed to us?” Non acceptable way to handle customer whose jaket was stolen from his room, Worst experience and not acceptable at a supposedly 5 stars hotel.
