Super emplacement, hotel magniiifiquee à refaire

El complejo es precioso y cuenta con diversos espacios para disfrutar, lamentablemente es un poco incomodo si van con carrito de bebe. Para llegar a la piscina y la playa se deben bajar y subir escaleras, por lo que dificulta la movilidad si vas solo con bebes y carrito. Tampoco tienen room service y es obligatorio comer en el restaurante del hotel porque no cuentan con take away. Por lo demás todo bien, el personal es atento y agradable! Repetiremos seguro!

The food was fantastic

The kids bed were very uncomfortable. There were too many paid extras, eg had to pay to use indoor pool, sauna, to borrow tennis rackets, etc. The location is beautiful but felt overcrowded at the beach with tourist boats coming and going all day. Tech gimics were annoying, eg needing an app to rent SUPs and doing check-in on phone on arrival, etc

Suite war schön. Lage in der Bucht ist schön.

Preis/Leistung insgesamt schlecht. Keine Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Extrakosten für Parken im Resort. 25m Pool schmutzig. Pool Öffnungszeiten von 10-19 inakzeptabel. Keine Schwimmerbahnen im Pool. Rasendes Personal in Elektrofahrzeugen gefährlich für Kinder und Erwachsene. Extrakosten für Tennisplatz, Spa, … Irre Kosten für jegliche Gastronomie-Angebote: Eine Handvoll Pommes für 8€, Tinto de Verano 14€,… Personal das nicht da ist wenn man es braucht und nervt wenn man seine Ruhe möchte. Strandbar Abends geschlossen, kein Eis am Strand. Nervige Pseudo-Geschenke um Club-Abos zu verkaufen.

i really wanted to like this hotel, but the staff were incompetent, slow and really unfriendly. check in was a hassle and location is only so so - you have to drive up the mountains for 30 mins. there are also extra hidden charges like 30€ per night parking. the rooms are also old and the bed is pretty uncomfy. for the price you pay it’s ridiculous, would get other hotels instead in future. the sea view room was also just ok, not worth the price.

Bonito, bien cuidado, habitaciones amplias y bonitas. Acceso a la playa, que tengan en funicular para bajar. Buen desayuno y el espacio del desayuno precioso. Espacio de café de especialidad y actividades para niños.

Muy digital, self check in te gastas 1h haciéndolo por tu cuenta, eso que soy una persona del medio tecnologíco, luego hay que esperar que venga alguien del personal a darte las llaves. Nada cómodo para quien quiere ir a un hotel descansar y desconectar. Está enfocado para un público bastante joven, no pienses os con los padres, demasiadas escaleras sea en las instalaciones como para ir a las habitaciones. El restaurante de la Playa PARDA muy muy muy malo, todo lo que pedimos horrible. Considerando que es el único restaurante para comida si no te quieres salir del hotel tienen que curar mucho para mejorar.

Sehr tolle und große Anlage, super freundliches Personal, viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten auf dem Gelände, eigener Strand, wirklich schön dort!

Das All-You-Can-Eat Abendessen ist mit 35,- (ohne Getränke) zwar kein Schnäppchen, aber die Auswahl ist ordentlich

I loved everything great hotel

They’ve picked a lovely location and the views are breathtaking. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is fresh, local (great fish dishes) and a good variety. Rooms and facilities are nicely designed and spacious. In this season, the hotel is not crowded and really calm and laid back. Pool is great for swimming and the gym + fitness classes were enjoyable

The mattresses were old and have seen better days. Sleep was not especially great due to it. We stayed in the lowest level of their building complexes made of individual apartments. Areas like under the stairs and the walkways within those complexes felt like and afterthought and were not up to par.
