Top-tier service and hospitality! Beachfront for the hotel is awesome too, has everything you need (e.g. massage booths and jet-ski rental) with lovely restaurant and pool-bar nearby. Live music at the restaurant is lovely too, Kuk is an amazing performer!

Perfect for couples and families, great pools, beach and breakfast. Accommodation great value, reach all expectations. Staff very accommodating, useful booking facility for trips, and shuttle bus service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.We loved the breakfast.The room was very clean and comfortable,the beach is absolutely beautiful as is the resorts gardens.We highly recommend staying at the Fair house Resort.

We had a wonderful holiday. Nice hotel and a lovely Beach. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Mr. Kim knew how to serve😄 We will definitely consider coming again.

A good quality and enjoyable resort. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the service and lack of attention around the pool was poor. The pool opens at 8am but towels were never there and would not be there at times until about 9.30am. Nobody to take drink and food orders and usually no staff at the pool bar. The service and food at breakfast and dinner was good.

The resort is poorly organized in terms of cleanliness and customer service, and the rooms are far from the beach, with a steep climb. On the day of departure, they made us leave our bags in the designated room off the lobby. As we were leaving the resort, I realized that my backpack had been opened and my AirPods stolen. I'll never go to this place again.

My son and I went for dinner at yellow beach restaurant last night. We would have preferred to sit inside due to wanting to avoid mosquito bites. After waiting on the steps for several minutes, no one approached us. So I approached staff and asked with a smile if we could possibly sit inside. The staff member simply jabbed her finger towards the direction of the tables on the beach. No explanation. If the inside seating was just for guests of the hotel, that is absolutely fine, but it was almost as if my request had made her angry! We then were sat next to an incredibly loud group, who I'm sure we're upsetting the staff, making demands and being difficult. In contrast, my son and I sat quietly and respectfully. We waited over half an hour to have our 2 pizzas brought to us. They had clearly forgotten. Perhaps if we had been loud and rude, we may have had better service. We won't be going again.

Excellent. Good value for money good location good staff . Will come back beach is pristine pools are very nice ! I recommend!
