The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel

We have spent here 4 nights in July, enjoying the peaceful beach and swimming pool and the nice stories of Kim and Bee, the best waiters ever!

Nice family hotel spread across a large area with friendly staff and complimentary golf cart service across the resort. Large, diverse and tasty breakfast buffet with both western and local options. Food in the pool bar is decent and several happy hours throughout the day. Direct access to worldclass beach and three pools including one with a playground for kids and one right by the pool bar. The best pool, however, is the "secret" pool in the middle of the resort. The "superior bungelows" were probably superior when they were build 30 years ago, but not so anymore for guests prefering more updated accommodations. All others types of rooms that we have seen, however, have been modern and comfortable. Friendly and flexible reception staff and thanks to Olivia for professional handling of our initial room issue.

We had another wonderful stay at the Fair House Hotel. The staff, the quality of the services, and the beauty of the setting made it an unforgettable experience. We'll be back, again.

Comfortable bedroom, good bathroom, decent breakfast and nice beach. Staff were helpful but we spent a lot of time waiting for the golf buggy. I didn't like that they added a surcharge for paying for dinner with a card, nor that there were children messing about in the pool (didn't really notice any children at the other island hotels I stayed at).

Excellent stay, all the staff (too many to remember all their names) were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect for me and my family, had a great time, thank you!

12 of us stayed, a good spot for a family reunion..Rooms were large and comfortable, we were placed close together as we requested. Lovely beach, safe for young children. Good pools. Pool and bar lead directly onto the beach. Prefer this beach to Chaweng - quieter and beach is deeper/wider from shoreline. Staff very friendly and helpful. A few glitches at first, this and that not working, all sorted. Perfect place for a family holiday.

Living on the neighbor Hotell, but we’ve been eating there almost every night because of very good service and company from Bee and Kim.

Best resort, beautiful beach, staff are amazing and so caring especially Kim who has bent over backwards to make sure we have everything we need, all other staff just amazing too, I'm disabled and they changed our room 3 times so I felt able to walk around better! Stayed at koh pangnan for 1 night then came back and we were able to book same fantastic bungalow!! Definitely coming back here.
