It was a new experience for us its quiet good but the swimming pool can be maintained well the tiles are broken food was good overall its a decent experience

We stayed for a day at the resort. We had booked an executive deluxe room.Our room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We really liked the complimentary breakfast buffet spread. The swimming pool does require some work- the tiles were broken and there was a little too much chlorine.

Been there for 2 days with family. Plus - location, beach access, spacious Minus - very dirty and broken tiles pool, average food which was overpriced, not maintained well and average service response Overall not at all worth the price charged

Very worst experience in room stay.. AC was not sufficient for the big room, from the time of check-in we were behind resort team to sort it out.. this issue was settled at 11pm after providing 2 pedestal fans, without fans definitely it shld have become nightmare. Came to resort for relaxing whereas it has gone other way round.. stressful stay.. also room service was very poor and taken lot of time to deliver.. overall experience is not good for me.. Swimming pool water is very greeny and with broken tiles everywhere.. seen a incident of cut injury..

Not so Best part: 1. With aged people, you won't get timely transport with only 2 golf carts in service. 2. Food is hopelessly expensive, so you need to go out for lunch/dinner everytime. Not sure who decided/thought that people coming there would order Rs1800 stake and 500Rs 330ml beer. 3. Breakfast no variety. Everyday is the same. Taste okay. Live counter for omlette/Dosa is outside the dining area. Masala dosa was pretty bad. 4. Less staff, someone clearly do not understand that they need more staff for good service and either staff is not happy hence they leave or Resort saving money by employing lesser people. 5. Cot quality for 3rd person was very bad for premium golf vista. Someone did not think straight that premium rooms deserve better. Lack of common sense. 6. Swimming pool water quality. Pretty bad. They need to redo filtration. Too much cloudy and chlorine. Broken tiles can be a concern. Best Part: 1. Subham, you will be remembered. Every staff was courteous. But Shubham stood tallest. People like him make businesses flourish. Bappa from room service was very helpful. They made our holiday. 2. Premiere Golf Vista cottage was very good. 3. Pool size was big with enough depth. 4. Beach was well maintained with smiling lifeguards and ample sitting arrangements. Loved it. 5. Staffs - good people. 6. Property well maintained. Verdict: Given an opportunity, yes will visit again. Our best beach resort vacation after Devbagh. I just hope someone sensible should rethink of the food price. Too many fabulous food options at 5-10 mins driving distance.

The service of twinkle is so good she is doing fast and quick service with smily face she is friendly and bring the dishes faster I like her care and service thank you all servants chef and cleaner for serving hard to make us happy with my family thanks twinkle

Worst hotel to stay, toilets stink, cockroaches in toilets, swimming pool tiles need to be renewed, my son got hurt. Got bleeding in his leg inside swimming pool. Even the management knows but they don’t care. Gave socks later not to get hurt again

Comfortable Stay for a week Created Greenery around makes a pleasant atmosphere Private Beech is the advantageous plus point Staff Courtesy and Food Quality were excellent. Ambience was good Infrastructure improvement will make the Four star grading to shine up

Worst stay ever happened unprofessional staff who don't know to speak with respect and not a peaceful place to stay as there was a loud carpentry work going on and even after complaint to reception no one took any action while checking out when we asked they said nothing going on maybe it's from some other guest. when sound going on for more than 3 hrs it's such an irresponsible answer from them. Not giving any proper information on additional charges that'll add on the snacks kept in the room and when asked one person from reception said you are paying for what you eat not anything extra. When it's there responsibility to inform the guest in prior instead there are talking without respect.
