Overall Not Satisfactory Experience at Chariot Beach Resort. We were there for 2 night / 3 days basis. Conference room was also so much old and was in cellar, so Only Positive Side is Destination on the beach and Food was Good. Cricket ground was there but was not flat, it was uneven area so far. Property not well maintained, old rooms, bad smell in rooms, Unprofessional staff or i would say untrained people recruited to reduce cost. Two people supported Mr Karthik and Ms Anita at Restaurant... Who try to give their best. F & B, Operations and Marketing people were not supportive or good at all. In cottages Ac was not working and after complaint it took 6-8 hours to get re-solved. There was a lack of coordination between marketing and hotel operations team. Better to chose some other property to enjoy best way on the beach.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to warn others about my terrible experience at this so-called "4-star" resort last weekend. This place is in desperate need of a serious overhaul – it is basically in END OF LIFE status. I cannot believe it still gets decent ratings. First off, the swimming pool was in a deplorable condition. There were sharp edges and tiles coming off, which led to one of my kids injuring their foot. The pool was dangerous, and there was no sign of maintenance being done. I was horrified that a supposedly family-friendly resort would allow something like that. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working at all. It was a hot, sticky nightmare, and we had to endure sleepless nights because it was so uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the lights in our room suddenly busted when we switched ON because of an electrical fault. Not even an apology or any effort to make it right. Speaking of the staff, I was utterly disappointed by the customer service. The reception staff were rude and dismissive, offering zero help. The bell boy didn’t even seem interested in helping us with our luggage or offering any kind of assistance. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Lastly, the bathroom was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. There was grime around the shower, and the toilet was in terrible condition. Disgusting! In conclusion, I would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone. It was a total waste of money, and I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business with how poorly they maintain the place. If you want to avoid frustration and disappointment, look elsewhere. This place has lost all credibility. Avoid at all costs!

Good for one day outing. Food was amazing and they have lot of varieties. All people were very friendly and helpful. Best to celebrate birthdays.

The resort was really big and had lots of greenery. The private beach also was amazing and well maintained. The food however was limited in options as well as was over priced.
