Can renovate swimming pool. Bcoz it cause wounds. Kids also using swimming pool, so maintain the pool. Food and service is too good. Enjoyed a lot with friends.

It was an good experience with the resort, service was also good especially i would like to mentuon Shradia for her services. However i am very disappointed with the breakfast as there was no buffet and very limited options which is unacceptable from such a 5star property.

Let me be honest!! It is not everyday we are given the escape into the serenity that our mind craves, away from all of our bustling beautiful cities. Chariot's scenic scape is one of the best places I have even stayed at. The food (thank you Bhumi karmakar) was served with all the care! The golf course rekindled my unknown love for the game. The pool and beach are just complimentary amenities at this point. Take a walk around! For anyone reading this, Happy stays !!

The restaurant staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ms Sharodia at the restaurant was excellent and made sure our dinner was served well. Excellent staff but the other services were not satisfactory. The bed linen had stains all over and the bathroom had a stench when we checked in. Also the wait time to get the room keys were unusually longer than usual.

We Batch of Tirunelveli Medical College 2000 Batch Conducted 25th Year Batch Reunion at Chariot Beach Resort on August 16, 2025 .Around Total of 134 ( Including spouse and kids) Stayed there for one day and Enjoyed Events and Fun time Saturday evening at the Beach Side Lawn…. It was an Awesome Experience at Chariot ….No words To Describe Their Hospitality , Service, Quality of Rooms , Food , Pool , Leisure Activities….Everything was very Good and beyond Expectations…. We had a Great Time at the resort…Everyone Enjoyed and had a great time at the Chariot…, Special Mention to Mr Varadharajan Chandru - Who Corodinated the Full planning for us and Supported us immensely for one month with proper and great Response …He was the pillar in smooth conduct of this programme… Mr Karthik - Chef was awesome and He did exceptional service for us ..The quality and taste of the food was Top Notch …. Mr Mani - Food and Beverages took care of Us and the Events in a wonderful flawless manner …Thank u so much to Mr Mani and Team Mr Anitha F& B was Very Supportive and Positive… Mr Mathur , Mr Lawrence- was Very supportive… Over all it was a Great Great Experience at Chariot for us…Thank u so much …. Had an amazing dinner at Chariot Beach resort. What stood out was generous food spread. Food was delicious. Special mention to Ipsita for her thoughtful food recommendation. Her genuine care for guests reflect the high standards of the resort.

Ipsita was a very gentle and efficient waitress. We loved her! She gave us advices on what was the best Indian food and was very kind all the time.

i do not recommend this hotel. poorly maintained. pool water is bad not being circulated. house keeping very bad. bath room facilities not maintained. shower curtains are dirty. have to call repeatedly the maintenance team. many stray dogs inside hotel campus.
