"We’d stayed again."

Very clean. Great lobby and a good breakfast.

Only down side was the metal bed frame. It stuck out at the bottom of the mattress. Both of us ran into it and the pain of it all. His shin my knee. Ouch!!!

"It was fine."

Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Location was fine.

Bathroom was a bit worn. Fixtures loose. Inadequate number of charger plugs. Pillows were small.

Arrived evening of 11/1. Toilet had visible long black hairs on the bowl. Shower had visible mold. During the night we determined the AC was not cooling. The room reached 76 degrees even though was set to 69. As we checked out we inquired about a rate adjustment due to we got ZERO hours of sleep due to the temperature in the room. The manager (a male person) offered a $15 adjustment. This manager should have looked at his tenant history where he could see we had rented a room at his hotel 5 times in the last 45 days. Since he did not value our business enough to make the proper adjustment, we will no longer rent rooms at this Best Western. We told him to not bother with wasting time on a $15 credit. This was a full insult to say the least.
