Best Western Atoka Inn & Suites

Staff at the check in desk was wonderful.

This place is declining in quality and service. Rooms have an off-putting, musty odor and need a good detail-focused cleaning (dust in corners / ledges / ceiling, toilet had grime under the bowl rim). The in-room coffee maker was atrocious and needed to be thrown away. The room's carpet needed a shampooing. The bedding was clean and comfortable and towels were fluffy and nice to use, however. The breakfast was pretty good except for the coffee, which tasted like instant and was sub-par. Housekeeping was not helpful at all, and insisted on entering occupied rooms during the day, despite the "Privacy Please" sign on the door. (causing an unncecessary interruption during a virtual meeting for my work). They gathered used towels, but didn't come back to replace them. Overall, they were quite rude as well. I travel quite often for work, and usually stay here when in Atoka. However, I will be trying other hotels after this most recent stay, until this place improves.

Damp, musty rooms with very bad smell due ti dampness. A/C intermittent operation. Family had multiplr rooma - most were very bad.

I got there and walked in the room and it smelt like wet clothes.The smell wouldn’t go away and gave me a headache! it stinks so badly there and wish i could have a refund.

This hotel is close to many restaurants, hardware and shopping district.
