Friendly helpful staff, room was clean mix up of rooms but staff corrected fast n promptly. Good breakfast options

Only working ice machine on 3rd floor

Our A/C stopped working twice in our first room and then we got moved to another room and then the toilet clogged the first time we used it. Also the pool was closed 3/5 days we were there. We specifically chose this hotel for the nice pool and it was closed several times. One of the employees also complained that our room was loud to one of my sisters that stayed in a different room. But never once thought to speak with me personally. My son struggles with speech and is currently in therapy for it and is easily frustrated when not understood. I felt like a burden our last night knowing we were being judged for the amount of noise.

Bed was comfortable.

Why ask for comments when situations are not fixed on site?

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

I don’t know who was at fault but the staff could not find our reservation. My last name was misspelled for some reason and even though I had my reservation number I had to book another room. The room they first sent us to had some one in it which was very embarrassing for both parties. When we finally got a room the toilet was broken and ran all night. Breakfast was good!

I love the location. It is convenient and right beside the hospital. I love that they offer full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash by Dove.

You could tell there was freshly repaired Sheetrock from so sort of water damage. The little pieces didn’t get vacuumed up. While in the bathroom, if someone in another room flushed then you could hear water dripping. Made me nervous for future repairs.
