Convenient nice location close to stores and restaurants seems to be a quiet area.

Nice property nothing special

The bed and pillows were comfortable

It was not clean, floors needed to be mopped, vacuumed. Tub was grimy and didn’t drain well. Not enough towels, we had three people, two towels. We had to go ask for more towels and when they came to clean, which wasn’t done well again they took our towels and left us with only two again.

We were disappointed in our stay. Although the lobby appeared quite clean, the room itself did not. The shower walls were dirty, the shower curtain was torn at the top where the curtain hung from the rod so the floor got super wet when showering. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was a huge "water" stain underneath the bathroom sink and the floor was sticky. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was supposed to be newly remodeled. But the elevator was broken. Using the stairs 3 flights up only to discover your room key doesn't work was exhausting. The room key stopped working about 4 different times over the span of 4 days. And it was really expensive to stay for all the problems.

Place seems to have gone down hill. No body wash in the dispenser. Breakfast was not as good as it used to be.

We are being coming at least twice a year , this hotel never been worse , the smell of cigarettes is terrible even if They claim is not smoking hotel The second night they didn’t not clean our room the floors are dirty
