Excellent location right in the centre of the village. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Friendly helpful reception staff. Many of the apartments had good views, though ours did not - we looked out over the telepherique.

The apartments are not cleaned between visits except by the outgoing guests; ours had been left filthy ( the hob was covered in burnt food, the toilets stained, the bathrooms smelled, there was thick dust on every surface and under the beds). Wifi in the apartment cost extra, and the free wifi in the reception area had extremely limited capacity so it was not possible to download even small documents such as train tickets. The apartments are stripped bare between guests, eg there was no toilet paper, no washing up liquid, no cleaning materials; though these things (left by previous guests ) are available from reception this is not open every day. The management is extremely bureaucratic and there are extra charges for everything, including a huge damages deposit ( E400) which was not mentioned when we booked and has still not been returned 10 days after our departure.

Great apartment right in the middle of lovely, Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Good facilities in the flat. Nice view of mountain.

Locatie lastig te vinden doordat huisnummer ontbreekt in de mailing. Bad loopt uit zichzelf leeg. Kamer was te nat gedweild waardoor het lading duurt voor de kamer beschikbaar is. Een van de toiletten zonder bril. Wifi onbetaald alleen op de begane grond. Balkonlicht buiten defect. Een toilet heeft geen toiletborstel Was mij bij het boeken onduidelijk dat je zelf eindschoonmaak moet doen. 'Boete' van niet doen zijn extreme bedragen.

Résidence très bien placée centre village mais appartement plutot vétuste( murs abîmés ,carreaux manquants, fils électriques apparents, manque le tour de plusieurs prises et interrupteurs, manque porte de placard mais reste les charnières !!idem propreté plus que limite.... Parking payant et non accessible au véhicules au delà de 1,90 m ! Par contre, personnel très sympathique et bon accueil .

Localisation au top, bel espace pour un groupe de 9 et bonne literie. On apprécie le linge de lit et les serviettes fournies.

Salle d’accueil un peu sombre et des trucs qui traînent dans les couloirs.

Piękny widok na góry. Przestronny apartament z tarasem. Lokalizacja w samym centrum ale bardzo spokojne miejsce. Miły personel. Bezproblemowy check-in i check-out. Bezpłatne autobusy w Parku Narodowym, przystanek tuż obok hotelu - nie trzeba korzystać z auta. Trzeba tylko pamiętać, że to apartament „self-service” (trzeba samemu posprzątać przed wyjazdem).

Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie 6-osobowym, wynajętym dla 3 osobowej rodziny. Apartament bardzo wygodny ale dla 4 osob, nie 6. Apartament posiada 2 sypialnie i dodatkowo łóżko piętrowe w przedpokoju, we wnęce tuż za drzwiami. Przy 6 osobach, komfort spania dla tych pozostałych 2 osób to już porażka. Wjazd do garażu podziemnego trochę kłopotliwy, przy większym aucie trzeba uważać, również manewrując po wjeździe (miejscami niski sufit i nadproża, o które łatwo zahaczyć dachem samochodu).
