Centrally located, good starting point for hikes, excellent mountain views, very helpful front-desk (don't hesitate to ask). Free parking in the summer was not a problem.

You need to self-clean the entire apartment (or pay 100-250 EUR to have it cleaned). Free wifi not working. No welcome kit provided, no trash bags in kitchen.

This property is perfectly positioned for ski in/ski out. Our party comprised 2 x Grandchildren, 2 x Parents and 2 x Grandparents. The apartment we booked advertised 2 Bunk Beds,1 x Double Bed, 1 x Twin Beds and 1 x Sofa Bed. Perfect we thought, appropriate sleeping in 3 bedrooms and no disrupting the living room with the Sofa Bed. We also contacted 'Madames Vacance' to verify the accommodation and and were told we would be in Room 37. I subsequently requested a high balcony with a view of the skiing (if possible) as 1 x Grandparent would not be going out much.. As we were arriving late I contacted the premises only to be told we were now in Room 13 which had exactly the same accommodation but a better view. The view was OK but no better the Room 37 which was 2 floors higher? The accommodation was NOT the same. We now had 1 room with a Single bed and a Bunk Bed instead of twin beds!!. I am 78 and after struggling with the bottom bunk for 1 night was forced to use the sofa bed thus disrupting our communal arrangements. As expected, reception maintained they had acted correctly although they didn't think to advise this change beforehand. I think more to the point is I also acted correctly parting with 4,102 Euros expecting the accommodation I had booked and not what they interpreted as 'exactly the same'! They did make an allowance against the car parking charges in the light of this. Yes I would definitely stay here again but would be wary of this apparent reassignment of room types without notification.

La résidence n'équivaut pas à un 4 étoiles. Les parties communes sont assez vétustes. L'appartement que nous avions, prévu pour 6 personnes est "confortable" pour deux ou trois personnes seulement. Les équipements et le mobilier sont vieillots. L'armement hôtelier n'est absolument pas conçu pour 6 personnes. Il n'y a d'ailleurs que 5 chaises dans l'appartement ! Le personnel a l'accueil est charmant et très sympathique. Mais la réception n'est pas ouverte continuellement, seulement quelques heures par jour et pas tous les jours. Rien la nuit. La résidence est assez bruyante. Les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés. La situation dans la station est idéale. Il n'existe pas de prestation de ménage complète ( coin cuisine à nettoyer). En résumé il s'agit d'une résidence familiale ( beaucoup d'enfants) qui aurait besoin d'un sérieux rajeunissement. Je pense qu'elle ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Trois tout au plus. Le séjour a quand même été agréable à Pralognan.

The underground car park is difficult to get in and out of. It was also partly flooded when we were there. WIFI was very slow.

Excellent for families - literally ON the slope. No car needed during the stay.

Premises are ageing but beds were descents. It is a good place for skiing and resting but not a fancy resort if this is what you’re looking for. A welcome kit could be proposed upon request for the first evening and morning (coffee / pasta / cereals / milk bread / eggs). That would definitely ease the first day. Staff was friendly and of good advice. Don’t hesitate to ask.

Les appartements 41 et 42 situés sous les toits sont à déconseiller car très peu de lumière naturelle entre dans le logement. Il est regrettable que pour ce niveau d'hébergement (4 étoiles) le wifi soit payant ainsi que le parking et au comble les chiens sont facturés 7 € par jour. Point positif : l'accueil est assurée par une personne très motivée ayant le sens du service.

Location is great, you cannot do better in Pralognan. Nice deck/balcony. Kitchen is useful. Lots of room!

A few things could get better. 1. Reception only works certain hours of the day, and it differs. If you need something outside their hours, the central Madame Vacances help line cannot do anything. 2. Upon checking I was told that there is also a $100 cleaning fee that booking.com didn't mention. I think after I raised this issue with Booking it was retracted... 3. Dishwasher and washer were present but no detergent. Now there should be, I left some:) 4. When dishwasher runs, there is a water leak somewhere - puddle appears from the spaces between floor planks. So dishwasher is unusable at the moment 5.Paid wifi simply does not work in our unit. 6. Our bathroom shower drain was clogged. Overall, it needs a little TLC but once we acknowledged these things, our stay was perfect! Check out the local creperie Mouch'Du down the street. their savory crepe dishes will make your jaw drop, as well as unbelievably low prices.
