Hampton Inn & Suites Lancaster

The Hampton Suites was excellent. Bit was clean even during the renovation.

Remodeling in progress. Never came and did housekeeping on our room at all. Felt the remodel was in the way. Probably will not stay at Hampton inn again

Satelite cable did not work in one room, they changed the room where the cable was working but not consistant on the reception.

The room was spacious.

Adolescents coming in, going upstairs, and banging on doors was upsetting, felt frightening. Not very secure… letting kids bike/scooter to the lobby and disturb lodgers. Paying extra for parking was a nasty surprise. Room was shabby, uncomfortable beds. Technology isn’t up to date with not enough plugs and not well-thought out placement. Carpets not wheeled-luggage friendly. Bad system for requesting late checkout. Should be able to coordinate and get established at least night before checkout day.

For the most part the stay was okay. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, so areas of the Hotel was being active worked on. While the accommodations were acceptable, there were some issues with the work being done. Work crews worked throughout the night and were not shy about making noise. I was somewhat challenging to say the least to get meaningful rest. While the staff were polite and very respectful, this was overshadowed by the noise and equipment left out by the work crews easily creating a tripping hazard. Not my best experience for this chain of hotels.

We enjoy the gym and pool every thing was great!

Clean, bright. Friendly staff. Always smiling. Great location
