"It was just OK but not worth what we paid."

Staff, Location

Room was in sad shape. Musty smell, looked like the curtains had been wet from the AC. Shower made a bad creeking sound when you step on the floor, like it was ready to break thru. Only had 1 towel.

"IT was the worse hotel stay of my life"

The lady when we checked out was very kind.

we were exhausted from packing trailers for 14 hours and we didn't get there until 11pm. The 1st room we got was like another person was staying there. The beds were not made and there was hair dye and towels all in the bathroom and room.. I told the manager and he didn't believe me and had to come look for himself. Then he took us to another room and her said oooh you can't stay here and told us to wait in the hallway with all our luggage. We waited in a random hallway for almost 20 minutes until he came back again with another key to the room... When we finally got into a room at midnight, the fridge didn't work, the phone didn't work and the tub would not drain. We called again and they said they could fix the next day. Thank goodness my nephew can do maintenance and cleared the drain of hair, and grout. Grout was falling off the shower walls and the tiles were loose on the floor in the bathroom. AND!!! the sell of mildew hit us in the face every time we opened the hotel room door. So, you see this was the worst experience of my life!!!!! I always us Hampton and always used to have family and friends stay at this hotel when visiting. BUT!!!! not again sorry!!!

"Will not be returning."

The room isn't clean, the shower is gross, the tub has a weird brown splatter. There were thing ripped off the wall and never repaired. The hallway has spots in the floor that make you feel like you will fall through. Literally, when you step in a few places, your foot sinks like the floor is broken. The bathroom off the lobby is gross, the soap dispensers are empty. The pool is dirty. Breakfast is the same every day and waffle house or McDonald's would be better. I did get a free show of someone being arrested, so that was.... fun. Staff are nice.
