"Loved the staff"

Breakfast was great staff super amazing

The bathroom floor tiles when you stepped on them like it was coming off the floor or had been flooded before. You could smell mildew in the room. We love Hampton inn I know things happen but maybe on that room is on a waitlist to be redone and new carpet

"I was totally unsatisfied."

Location

The indoor pool was the purpose of my stay and the water was super cold. The elevator was super slow. The room doors slam super hard and wake you up in the middle of the night. There was a knocking sound in room that would randomly make noise during the night.

Quite and located in waking distance to restaurant and shopping about 5min from Walmart 7min from the town mall a car shop just across the street from hotel. Staff is friendly

I traveled with my handicapped sister. We had reserved a handicapped rooom with two queen beds Upon arrival we were informed that such a room was no available although we had confermation of our reservation. The only handicapped room available was a king bedl. Not pleased at all. Staff tried to blame the booking third party. Again not acceptablel. Houosekeeping was minimal at best and only every other day. Linens were not changed during the entire stay. The only thing I could see that was done daily was emptying the trash. Very poor.
