Hampton Inn & Suites Longview North

The rooms were very clean and there was a friendly atmosphere. I received excellent customer service. I enjoyed the inside pool. It was quiet and peaceful.

Location . Staff was pleasant.

Our room had a bad odor- smelled like mildew and very stale. A/C thermostat did not work so we did not have air to circulate. Under the AC unit there was pieces of wood and metal laying on the floor. The shower had mold in several places. The staff offered to give us another room but we were exhausted and already in the bed by that time.

The bathroom door drug on the floor so bad that it took 2 people to open. The floor was so scuffed it had clearly been that way for a while. Ceiling was hanging down The room was huge and beds were good. Except the sofa bed. It was so bad we went and bought an air mattress for my daughter

Staff, Parking, Breakfast and cleanliness were all top notch! We will be back!

The property looks nice. The pool is broken and it doesn’t seem that they are in any rush to have it fixed. I was told the hot tub worked. When we tried it out it was luke warm. They did have a man go heat it up. It took a while but they did try. By the next morning it was perfect. The lady at breakfast was super nice and the breakfast was really good. I just feel if the pool is out of order they need to alert people making reservations as we would have gone somewhere else. It was clean, the staff nice, and breakfast was good.

Building looks nice on the outside but was falling apart on the inside sorry I wasted my money there

Furniture was broken
