Exit 5 Resort & Condominium

Absolutely loved it. Very homey was a great place to stay with my family. WiFi wouldn’t stay connected and our stove and microwave didn’t work very well but overall was good. If i wanted anything to change was the lack of a mirror in the bathroom and the lack of clocks.

The property smells of sewerage and the toilet in cottage 30 does not flush properly. Staff is not available for your needs (ie extra towels, overflowing toilet) until at least 10am. I spent nearly $500 for 2 nights - NOT worth it at all; we will be finding a different property for our annual trip next year.

Property is well taaken care of. Rooms on the front 'Motel' were tho' clean were old and badly need a refresh(bed (needs to be replaced) bathroom and sink(very small) No Ice Machine available.

Room was filthy bought cleaning products at local store . Floor especially disgusting.

It was clean and well kept. Just what was needed for a short weekend trip

. Wonderful old school lodging facility with the best kept property imaginable. My wife and myself found it very convenient to shopping and Cumby's is a five minute walk, DQ is 7 minutes.Hannaford is across the street!! FABULOUS!!

We had an amazing time in our cottage which provided a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, very clean and extremely quiet

Overall, good room for the value. The bed a was a hard.
