Exit 5 Resort & Condominium

The property owner was very pleasant and professional. He was kind enough to let me check in early as our room was ready and he could've made me wait till the check in time of 3pm. The property was well manicured and the rooms were very clean. The indoor pool was clean and very nice. They even had a chair to lower handicapped guests into the pool. That was rhe 1st time I've ever seen that at a hotel/motel. Even though i didn't need that service, it was impressive. I highly recommend Exit 5 Motel & Cottages. Sandra Young ~East Wareham Ma.

Very friendly staff and such a cute cottage we stayed in

This was a great place for my family with small children to stay. We had plenty of space in the cottage to spread out and cook meals, etc. The pool was great and playground was nice. Game room was a little beat up. The cottages themselves were not perfectly clean but fit our family needs very well. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

After booking a hotel in Portland that we ended up just leaving after 5 mins, we had to find a place to stay last minute. I am SO glad this place had a room available. The room was clean and the layout was absolutely beautiful. Very reasonably priced as well. Me and my boyfriend would recommend them to anyone looking to stay at a nice motel or cottage that is super close to the beach. No complaints at all. The room we were in did have connecting doors so we could hear our neighbors but everyone was really nice and were very quiet. Overall, a great/convenient place to stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I arrived a little after 8pm and had to call for someone to come and check me in. It was only about a 5 minute wait, but after a long drive felt much longer. My room was large and had two queen size beds, both had very firm (read old) mattresses, but appeared to be clean. It’s a basic place, but adequate. The second night, my neighbors had a lot of fun starting at about 11:30pm till about 3:30am. Not the fault of the hotel, but with no front desk staff, I didn’t feel I had any options. The a/c unit didn’t work properly. It sounded like a jet engine and then stopped. I wasn’t there during the day so didn’t use the pool.

The cottage was very clean inside as well as the outside. very impressed.

Such a cute place!

Check in was simple. Tony was great at the desk. Very friendly. The property is old school. It appears it’s a family run business, with all that comes with it. It’s cozy, friendly and reasonably priced. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The window air conditioner did a great job of cooling the entire cottage in short order (it was very warm for coastal Maine). We were only there for one overnight (about 13 hours) on a college visit trip, so we didn’t get to sample the pool or more of the area. Overall my daughter and I were happy with the property. Nice place, I would stay again.

An absolutely great stay! A very nice family owns and maintains the property. Cottage was clean, AC was on. Fridge and freezer were clean and empty. Only slight issue which I will not fault them for is the beds are really uncomfortable. Bring a little cushion and no complaints. Quiet property, pool was clean and accessible. 10 minute drive to OOB. Will absolutely stay again!

The rooms are basic and a bit dated but the property is lovely and conveniently located.
