Ocean Resort

It’s in a lovely spot and Bobby one of staff was soo nice and very informative

The view was beautful and was close to Neptunes statue. We also liked the little shop that was located in the lobby area. They had a nice variety of snacks in the vending machines.

The front desk lady was rude. I had to ask for the manager because our plans got changed and she was trying to make us park the 2nd car 3 blocks away in a parking garage. The manager ended up giving me a parking pass for our daughter. I really appriciated it. The pool looked very out dated not like th photo and you had to go outside the hotel on the front of the building just to get into it. We also found a sock that wasn't ours at the head of the bed that made me question the cleaning. Th back deck also isn't seperated by a wall so when you walk out to look at the beach your sitting with the rooms beside you. Only a little white rail seperates you from them, not private at all.

I had to park crossed he street as there was not enough parking..The hallways were not .I stayed for my 5 days not once did house keeping clean the room

Needs a good cleaning and some updates. Some of front desk people need some customer service training.
