"Loved it. Staff was over the top friendly and kind. Room was very clean. Location was perfect."

Beautiful oceanfront views. Convenient location on Atlantic Avenue. We arrived on Friday and never used the car until we left on Sunday.

Some of the walkways, lobby and pool area are a little outdated. Would not take very much to make it better.

"Ok place for the price for one night, but idk if I will stay again."

The property is right on the board walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by! The lady who checked me in and out was very nice. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. No noise complaints which was nice!

The facility is not very clean. Stains all over the bed. There are cracks in the ceiling where it looks like water damage. The AC units cause water all over the balcony that you have to walk in and deal with the people above you dripping down. The toilets aren’t strong enough to flush the toilet paper. The pool area is VERYYYY run down! It’s rusty, cracked and very out dated!!! While in the pool yesterday 6/21/26, two people came in there and used the water hose to pretty much bathe with and spray sand out of their pants, which then the water goes right into the pool. Then some child was in there spraying water everywhere with the hose. There are lots of homeless/skeptical people who hang out in the “park” area beside the hotel. Woke up with a “bug” 😳 on my daughter’s juice cup! Also- the balconies are not private

The toilet flushing was extremely loud and no matter what number the fridge was on everything stayed frozen
