Location

Late check in and was promised compensation. No wash cloths were given. Refrigerator in room was not cold. Parking at hotel is very limited and have to park across the street which is inconvenient with kids and defeats the purpose of getting an oceanfront hotel

Friendly staff and let us check in early and park there before check in.

Elevators very slow. Gave up after waiting 10 minutes and carried out luggage down the stairs. Short-staffed, twice i had to leave because no one was available at the desk.

Facility. Bathtub is clogged when we arrived. No action done until next day of our stay. Staff are amazing

Bobbi provided outstanding customer service

Drains wouldn't work in sink or tub. Wifi keep kicking us out hallways need ventilation

Kind and friendly staff

Room had mold on the lamp shade, a/c unit was very noisy, dust balls all over ceiling, bathroom like worked off and on, when it rained the window outside our door leaked and the water came in leaving puddles on the floor that then smelled musty.

The elevator could use a upgrade
