"Disappointed in being given smaller beds than we booked. Room was not cleaned much at all."

Location

They lied and said rooms weren’t clean so we got upgraded to a suite. We got downgraded, smaller beds and room than what we even booked/paid for.

"Loved the location and convenience but the door banging was annoying"

Oceanfront, amazing location, lemonade in lobby, good parking.

Balcony was dirty with trash, door to room kept making noises every few minutes. Not sure if this was room pressure changes, pipes, or what but the noice at night was an inconvenience

Resort is in the perfect location close to most everything. Staff is friendly and the complex is very clean. They have bike rentals and a convenience store on site. I will recommend the Ocean resort to my family and friends.

The location is the only reason this place still books…..

The bed was hard & when asked to switch rooms the young black girl was so rude. It was not clean. Their parking lot is so small, overflow parking lot is up the rd. No breakfast like it says it does. The shower was so bad, no water pressure. & the worst part was the cheapest toilet paper on earth.
