Close to Harding University where I had meeting.

There were people possibly living at motel and loitering about. There was an animal either in the ceiling on the roof that sounded like a giant beast. The clothing rack was half hanging off the wall with a hole in the Sheetrock. There were no lamps so it was either blaring ceiling light or darkness. The furniture was in poor condition and did not match. The bedspreads had stains on them. Badly in need of repairs and upgrade. It was clean though. Other than that it was great!

Regarding the above above, would not take my selection. HERE IS THE ONLY THING, THE TV DID NOT WORK.

It was very close to work. It was reasonably quiet with decent amenities in the room. Very good for the price.

It did show its age in some areas.
