The customer service is horrible alot of times. And the price is ridiculous. And they calling ur room.at 1030 askin if ur checking out. Idk if I am or not ill know at 11

The staff I been booking here for a while for work. I accidentally left my physical debt card back home. When I first came I was able to use my tap to pay for deposit and it was only $25. Now the lady at the front says its always been cash and charges $50. She was rude about it. Not the cleaniest and rude staff.

The wifi and beds seemed to be clean

How rude the ppl at the front desk was bc I booked my room on booking.com. they went up on the price after I paid online .

I reserved my room online, easy and fast.I didn't have to wait for paper work, receptionist gave me the key as soon as I arrived, no waiting for my room. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms are clean and offer the essentials. Owners and employees were friendly and helpful. This is a no frills but comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfortable, desk functional, plenty of hot water with good pressure int he shower, and a convenient microwave and fridge. There was no in room coffee pit but Hardee’s is less than 1/2 mile away. I felt completely safe to stay here after my husband had to return home on the second day of our 5 day stay. We travel often both in country and abroad and have stayed at world class resorts and hotels. This hotel provides all the basic essentials of a comfortable night sleep in a clean and safe location. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very uncomfortable. The beds was hard as a rock The hotel wasn't cleaned prior... There was sewer in the bathroom floor, which I told them about first night they never done anything about it. Could keep going the place is a dump..
