"Worst experience yet. Had to leave"

There was no one to meet us. We manage to gain access after phoning the second number given on booking.com. The room was unmade and the the bathroom also used. The main house was unlocked and security poor so we had to abandon the accommodation and search and alternative accommodation at 22 h at night with a 9 month old baby. Worst experience ever.

"Een heel mooi verblijf en een hele mooie omgeving."

Een prachtig huis in een hele mooie en veilige buurt. Ook de omgeving is schitterend. Met een Uber ben je zo in het centrum. Lopen is ook goed te doen. Als we nog eens in Stellenbosch zijn dan gaan we 100% zeker nog eens naar dit verblijf. We hadden ook een heerlijk ontbijt.

"Not good experience to be treated like you don't matter"

No option was made for take out. only ate 1 of 3 breakfasts

The property didn't cater for my schedule and were not flexible. I ended up not receiving my invoice despite repeated reminders
