Super clean and comfy. Very nice at that price point.

Absolutely charming little town of warm Springs Georgia, such diversity and character. This property was within walking distance of the center of town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And as the review I read, our room was very clean! It’s just that the hotel is a little older, but you can tell they have remodeled and it is very clean. That’s what I appreciated. Plus it’s a great value for a little weekend getaway. Will be back.

Didn’t really have any dislikes about the property.

Cleanliness is not a top priority. The phone by the bed had not been cleaned in many months. It was filthy. The remote for the TV was covered in food grease that smelled of garlic. The mattress on both beds was terrible. The nightly rate is budget friendly and is a you get what you pay for hotel. The staff was the best part bar none.

location was good., the person at the front counter was trying to help as much as possible. but did not have the resources.

did not stay canceled. did not have room ready. asked for disability access when booked. said already gave room to someone else, then changed them, found out they left earlier because the a/c in room did not work.

I liked the area that it was walking to the town is very close and very clean and quiet and the staff ppl were really nice thanks again I give this rating 💯

Our room was clean. Front desk was helpful. For the price we were satisfied. The availability of near by restaurants was disappointing. At 6:00pm on a weekday we did not find anything open to get dinner.

Bed very uncomfortable. Awkward room setup.
