Meriwether Country Inn

This hotel is clean, but appears to be a remodled Holiday Inn. No breakfast. Beds were fine, bathrooms fine, and it is so close to FDR's Little White House. Beware of available restaurants, especially for breakfast. On Tuesday & Wednesday mornings, there is NO restaurant in town serving breakfast. For lunch, you should go to the Bulloch House and enjoy their home cooked buffet. SO Good!! It is right in the main block of "downtown" Warm Springs. (No food service at the FDR Little White House site)

Room was clean and neat. Not fancy but comfortable.

The toilet seat was broken and I fell off the toilet and and landed on the bathtub bruising my right hip and causing pain to my sciatic nerve. I had to go to the ER.

Right in the little town! Good price. Customer service is great!

No breakfast yet but there is coffee

Very quaint. Got to enjoy the area before my son went to the college there. Small town, very friendly.

I can't think of anything

The property was a basic room with no amenities. It appears that there is a continental breakfast - the offering was coffee - the picture of the clean area with tables was non-existent - it appeared to be more of a cluttered storage area - there were resident cats and the litter smell at times was quite unpleasant. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, yet the building and furnishing were well worn - the place could use and upgrade. It was also quite a distance from dining and everything in the area closed very early. The front desk folks were friendly and welcoming!

It was a decent room for the price. The location was close to the school that I was working and it was quiet for the most part.

The walls were really thin. When I was downstairs, I could hear someone walking all night.
