We had an excellent stay and received service of the highest standard. From the moment we arrived, warmly welcomed by host Peter. The accommodation was truly luxurious and felt like home away from home. Its the little things that make a difference, and the team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. AND thanks to Helen for the amazing breakfast and thoughtful complimentary cakes (the best!). And to the kind young lady (pls see your selfie haha), thank you for taking our lovely photos! This place is highly recommended and look forward to returning.

The hotel was truly wonderful. Peter and Helen were so welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding.

Breakfast small touches here or there unsmoked bacon proper tea honesty bar/tons of information just great

Heating more controllable as was cold between timer heating as im on blood thinners ect although i was told the heating would be on at certain times which was good

From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. The décor throughout is absolutely gorgeous—thoughtfully styled and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better either, perfectly central and ideal for exploring. Peter and Helen are truly phenomenal hosts. Their passion for running a B&B shines through in every detail. They’re fun, friendly, and genuinely interested in making your stay memorable—it feels so personal and effortless. The little touches really set this place apart: freshly baked cookies waiting in the room alongside the coffee station, and delicious homemade cakes available in the communal areas for guests to enjoy. There’s also a well-stocked honesty bar with a fantastic selection. Breakfast was outstanding—cooked to perfection using top-quality ingredients. It’s clear that no expense is spared, and they go above and beyond to cater to individual preferences with ease. A perfect stay in every way—thank you for having us! 💛
