I can't understand the reviews or ratings of 4+. The room we had was run-down and the AC/heat made a racquet and blew hard all night despite our trying to adjust the thermostat. It kept us either frozen or hot. The bed was not the typical "Hampton bed". The Queen room was extremely small. I expect certain things from Hamptons: comfortable bed, good HVAC, cleanliness and basic breakfast. I do not feel all these basics were met. On the plus side, the lobby/breakfast area had been refreshed. The front desk staff seemed friendly, the coffee was good, the room seemed clean (although hard to tell due to age of premises) and the breakfast was fine. I wish I could give this a higher rating, but I am writing this in hopes someone realizes an upgrade is in order..at least for the room I was in.

The stay was just fine. I do wish it had been a little updated. It was a little over-priced for the condition. It was mostly clean, however. Probably could've been a little cleaner. Otherwise the staff was nice and the location was good. The breakfast was also REALLY good. I stayed two days, and it was slightly different each day, which was cool. Coffee bar was good, too.

"We were in town for the night and the hotel was clean and somewhat comfortable."

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The coffee/tea in the room did not have all that it was supposed to. No tea bags. The bed was very hard and difficult to get comfortable in. Not necessarily the hotel's issue, but a couple had a fight in the hallway and were slamming doors and screaming. My daughter and I were worried that they might begin shooting. It kept us up from 1:30-2:30 am
