"Not great"

We were there 4 days. The hotels a bit run down. There were stains and smudges all over the room. The pool was not heated, dirty, and not in great shape. The elevator and lobby smell like cigarettes and perfume. When my husband went to the lobby for fresh towels he was given them in a ball, unfolded. The breakfast was typical free breakfast.

"sleepless in Wilmington"

Breakfast was decent. The outdoor patio fire pit was nice.

AC unit sounded like a twin engine plane. Wife maybe slept for 2-3 hours. When I called the front desk there were no rooms available to move to and there was nobody onsite to come and look at it. This was not a good experience. I will be calling the manager today. I have a video I can share.

"Barriers in Wheelchair Accessible Room"

Shelf for towels directly above grab bar, making it unusable. Light switches on most lamps unreachable. Coffee maker on top shelf of a cabinet and unreachable as well. Bed height was good - not too high. Had very few towels.
