Please next time lower the price of breakfast or make it completely free 25$ per person is outrageous for anyone and then make buffet payable. Everything was expensive, including BUYING WATER. Was 10-15$. But otherwise the area and everhtning was completely good and fine, and there’s hidden fees that wasn’t mentioned. Before you come and check-in make sure you have 150$ on your credit card as a “security deposit” which is bs never seen that before if you don’t got a credit card it’s 250$ by cash. I’d recommend to stay away because of how high the price is but you know it’s a good hotel staffs are pretty good.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the restaurant staff are very friendly. 3 main complaints: rooms do not have USBC outlets; you have to order housekeeping services each day of your stay otherwise no service (and that is not communicated at check-in); AC in room very loud.

"Great Shuttle and Not super busy Hotel near YUL"

We stayed on the hotel due to a long layover using Air Canada. We managed to go and visit Downtown and Old Port Montreal from 8pm till 12mn. Downtown Montreal is super busy even after we left past 12mn. If you are looking to just relax and sleep while waiting for your next flight or take the opportunity to quickly visit and have a few rounds of beer, I would rhighly recommend Holiday Inn Hotel by YUL Airport

When you check in you have to pay deposit and then you have to wait a month to get it back . This hotel is one big joke . After sending few emails got an information that accountant is away for a month and staff doesn’t have access to those information so I just have to wait. Never seen such an unprofessional approach to the customer.

"Hotel was great, $17 phone call for free shuttle not so great"

Really liked the hotel, very nice pool, sauna, hottub. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was large. We did not have a renovated room but it was still pretty good. TV was small. Wifi was not amazing. Good distance from airport. The free shuttle was nice except to call it, not having a canadian phone nor canadian coins, nor the hotel providing a toll-free number for the shuttle, I used my credit card to make a 30 second phone call that cost me $17. This is annoying.
