Great stay with convenient airport shuttle.

The front desk staff are exemplary & an asset to the hotel. Lobby & main areas were very nice. Although my room on the 6th floor was in need of some paint & updating the beds & bathroom was clean. Great location with easy access to the hwy.

The reservation was swift. The room was clean. Overall it was nice.

Ac in the room was partly broken. It ran on n short cycles and kept switching on and off. Manager does not seem to care.

I called this hotel before booking to ask if I could use a visa debit card to book. Was told that I could as long as I paid online and allowed a hold to be placed on my card at check in. When I tried to check in I was told that I had give a $250 cash deposit. Which would have been fine if I would have known ahead of time. I had to pack my stuff back in the truck and go find a bank machine. All this with a small child with a disability. It was a lot of running around that could have been avoided. It’s why I called in advance to avoid all this hassle. Was very disappointed. Otherwise…. Pros - onsite restaurant was delicious and very convenient. Loved having access to a balcony from my room. Cons - room was dirty. Found a random sock on a chair. Requested a new room. Was given same type of room newly remodeled. Floor was very dirty as was the grout in the bathroom. I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago and it was beautiful and clean. It has really deteriorated over the years.

Parking at a fee but convenient. Highly recommended.

Basic hotel near the airport (not at the airport). Decent sized room, but inadequate furnishings. Suites really should have double beds and a sofa bed. Tables should have four chairs, not two. Lobby was nice and clean. Restaurant was adequate when needed. Airport shuttle was handy. We were here for over a week for the Grand Prix. It was not convenient and we would not do it again. If we just needed a night or two max, yes. But, not longer. Website advertises daily housekeeping, however, one employee told me I needed to call and another employee told me it is automatically provided during Grand Prix.

It was a good stay however the fridge was too small, the walls had cracks and scuff marks, the toilet was difficult to flush and the shower head was very loose.

I went to the Canadian Grand Prix. The desk clerks gave me good advice about getting from the airport hotel to the race track. Also, the free parking was nice. The buffet breakfast was very good. But the dinner items were not very good.
