Hilton Garden Inn Clarksville

I had a nice stay, clean and comfortable. Only issue was I booked this place because it had a pool and hot tub - but the hot tub was drained/not working.

Hot tub broken but not on the reservation website.i changed a reservation just to stay there because of hot tub

No breakfast due to staff shortage on Sunday morning

Will not book here again. The mold in the bathroom was just the tip of the iceberg. All around dirty, and a lack of staff to provide service.

The hotel does not live up to Hilton standards. It was clean enough but very old and dilapidated. Shower doors were old and a door handle was broken off. The shower stall is old and discolored. Paint was chipping off the bathroom counter. The hallway smelled musty. The front lobby is pretty and looks fresh. The rest of the hotel needs updating badly.

Great place to stay. Jacuzzi suite was perfect.

The people that work there were all wonderful. However, the hotel itself is tired and needs a major redo. The rust in the bathroom around the shower is pretty disgusting. The housekeeping staff needs lessons in how to properly clean a room. The floors behind the chair and in corners are in definite need of some attention. Basically, it’s an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. We always had fresh sheets or towels, and the housekeeping staff was so wonderful and friendly that I hate to put down anything negative about them. Everyone there realizes that the hotel does not meet standards and needs to be redone. This was not what I expected staying in a hotel such a high name of Hilton. We make yearly trips to Tennessee and always need a hotel to stay at. I’m not sure if we will be coming back to the Hilton or moving onto a different brand.

No room service. Was told only clean room every other day? No clean towels had to ask for them, no garbage emptied?
