Riverside Hotel

Bed was comfy, and room was nice and warm

Key cards didn’t work properly, no kids option or discount for breakfast, poor continental selection, never tried dinner but no Menu available

The staff were helpful. Bed comfortable

Nothing like the picture. Very bland and boring. First room was dirty. Bath dirty and ceiling coming away. Moved to a new room - wardrobe with no hangers,. Shower and bath tap water was freezing at 6.30am and reception had to sort it. Had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer as there wasn’t one in the room. Kept having to get the key card reprogrammed. Hotel needs an update.

Location is excellent for my visit

Food is not always available. Sunday evenings and Monday mornings, some of the rooms have had poor quality repairs. However staff are excellent and very helpful and the accommodation overall is very good.

The bed was comfortable and the heating system in the room was fantastic. Staff were friendly on check in.

Windows need a good clean and the shower needs resealing.

Perfect location for the location I needed

It’s basic, but clean and functional.
