The outside was poor needs a bit of work

Breakfast was excellent and staff incredibly attentive at all timed

Mattress was terrible but the bedroom and bathroom excellent

We liked the rooms, cleanliness and the staff in particular. Also it is good value for money.

I would have like there to be a toilet brush in the shower room and a shelf in the shower to place shampoo and shower gel on. I am very short-sighted without my glasses so reaching down to the floor of the shower was a challenge. Also the cups were small. Mugs would have been better. These are tiny issues overall.

The food was sensational. The staff were very professional 👏

Our breakfast was lovely, the girls and the staff were amazing, it's a beautiful hotel and very spacious and clean, we didn't want for anything

Clean, quiet, good value for money, hot water, good water pressure. An Indian restaurant/hotel, multitasking but delivering a useful service to the local and local travel population. Lots of parking available.

No plug in the bath (not an issue if you travel with one for these eventualities, which I do), Dinner service (on a Saturday) ended at 8pm so I had to go out to source food. Some signs of wear in the bathroom. Bedroom mattresses were different heights. Not an issue if splitting the bed to be two singles, but more problematic when utilising them as a double bed.
