Riverside Hotel

The rooms upstairs are more modern than the ground floor

Was put in room 101- room had ants and the mirrors still had marks on from previous guest. Not very clean- luckily I was with a group of colleagues who had a couple rooms free due to last minute cancellation- I advised receptionist I have moved rooms due to cleanliness. No option for refunding:

Convenient location. Easy access to the room, Bedroom was clean and comfortable

Bathroom was old and bath looked dirty

Staff were friendly.

The walls had holes in them, the door key card stopped working at least once a day, the food was terrible. The cooked breakfast was undercooked, the croissants were stale, and the WiFi only worked if you didn't have multiple tabs open and/or didn't have the TV on for background noise.

Extremely clean, my son loved the mirrors, staff were friendly

My only complaint was the mattresses were far to soft for my tastes

Room was Ok, bathroom needed a bit of TLC but was basically clean and functional. Bed was on the soft side, would benefit from updating the mattresses. Didn't have breakfast there

Staff seemed quite young and inexperienced. Check in went ok but getting drinks from the bar was hard work
