Location and staff, a welcoming feel

No plug for bath or sink, no hot water from the shower, one of the twin beds had 2 springs digging into my daughter so making sleeping difficult, and I came home with 4 either bed bug or flea bites.

Clean and modern - bar and restaurant which is an unexpected bonus at this price point

Bed was a little uncomfortable, could feel the springs

The location was exceptional but the rooms are far too noisy and the rooms (especially for an executive suite) are poorly equipped.

Far too noisy from the corridors, rooms above and below. I wanted a quiet place to stay and it was anything but quiet. For an executive suite there was no fridge which was also disappointing.

Good loction and parking. Bedroom clean, good size, good facilities and with air conditioning. Hotel rooms with lots of seating areas. Standard breakfast. Reasonable price.

Not easy to find bedroom and those on ground floor noisy if an event being held. Breakfast area large but not welcoming. Tables not laid and all felt a bit like school canteen.

I had a warm reception.

Close to where we need to be the next day. Clean and tidy hot shower.
