"Very Good"

We had 3 units on the 16th floor. View from our unit, 80, was spectacular however, 82 and 83 had smaller balconies but still limited ocean views. Very convenient location for beach access, shopping, restaurants and walking.

Unit 80 desperately needed a makeover as it was dated - kitchen and ensuite bathrooms needed replacement which would result in an increase in price. Top loading washing machine access was difficult as it was blocked by cloths dryer above.

Fantastic location & view, easy access to fabulous beach and world class surf breaks. Super convenient access to supermarket, cafes and restaurants We have stayed several times and will stay again.

Limited crockery, blunt knives, limited basics like dishwasher and laundry detergent. Also the garbage smell outside as you walk from the beach into reception.

Location and views were wonderful. Spacious, clean, and airy. Good kitchen & facilities. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Prompt service to get the tv working.

Fan noise from Woolies below - could get very loud. A coffee plunger would have been a nice touch.

"Avoid in summer."

Good location, with supermarket and eateries in the same block. Sea view.

Dirty carpets, walls. Cutlery and crockery for 4 only, no spare for guests. The single air-con in the living room couldn't even cool the living area, let alone disperse cool air to the bedrooms. We sweltered, day and night

"We enjoyed our stay"

The location was great. Lovely big balcony with magnificent view. The apartment was a good size. The pool area was nice lots of chairs and umbrellas.

The fridge was very old and broke down. The staff at reception were helpful and supplied us with a replacement fridge which was also very old. Owner should consider replacing the fridge as well as updating some of the appliances in the apartment
