Easy access to the beach.

Cleanliness poor, chocolate smudge in fridge, smell from drainage kitchen sink, greasy sink, kitchen draws required a wipe out, the edges of kitchen bin filthy, carpet stain at entrance of the bedroom, couch arms stained, toilet bowl stained and age of the apartment had chips on the kitchen bench one large and sharp. Asked reception why my request back in June 2025 for a higher floor and the same apartment we had stayed in before wasn’t met as they had plenty of time to organise the reasonable request. You should have booked direct. She replied we are fully booked nothing they could do. We were given 5mins notice on the third day for maintenance permission to replace a smoke alarm in the second bedroom that was missing as the building emergency alarm sounded to evacuate two days earlier. We were at the pool and personal belongings were in view so we returned to the apartment. Balcony cluttered and tiny. Noisy air conditioner.Curtains missing in hallway so no privacy from apartments across at the back whilst sitting on the couch. Noise from the main street late at night from drugged drunk youths fighting and swearing. Screeching cars doing burn outs. After midnight.

Clean and very comfortable. Great location above the Strand shopping plaza. The views were breathtaking.

Huge apartment, amazing view, air con in bedrooms and living areas (we were on level 18, room 94 - they don't all have a/c in bedrooms), foxtel on TV, very comfortable beds, really quiet (only small amounts of road noise), fantastic location and access to shops, beach etc. Pool area was spotless, pool water was clean and really warm, including wading pool for small children and hot spa. Was great value for money (a few hundred dollars cheaper than comparable units)

Kitchen, bathrooms and most furniture was very dated, but everything worked fine and this didn't bother us. We were only provided 1 bin liner, 1 dishwashing powder sachet, 1 tea towel etc. It wasn't really enough for 3 nights. A few more basic provisions would have been greatly appreciated (a few more bin bags, dishwasher powder, tea towels, salt and pepper, foil, cling wrap, for example). Checkout was 9am which is pretty early.

Construction around the property that wasn’t advised when booking. Cleaning wasn’t of a high standard.

For the price I expected a bit more, cracked paint, bathroom could of had a bit more of a clean. Dusty and bit of mould around shower and windows
