"Fantastic family run hotel, ideal base for hiking in summer"

10.0

A fantastic week at this wonderful, family-run hotel. Lukas and his staff gave us great service and personal attention from the first moment. Delicious food and good wines, including a good selection of local South Tyrolean wines. The hotel even has its own brewery with an exciting selection of craft beers. Lovely and quiet location, with a stunning view of Sassolungo and the surrounding landscape from the room and from the wellness area and swimming pool. Santa Cristina and Hotel Interski are ideally located for hiking in beautiful and wonderful mountain areas of Val Gardena and surrounding areas. We appreciated the opportunity for guided hikes with the hotel's own guide, Giorgio, and he and Lukas also gave other good hiking tips. We would really love to return to Hotel Interski.

"A fantastic stay in a prime location!"

10.0

So far we stayed four times at Interski - and each time we're looking forward to come back! We enjoy its true family spirit, the facilities that's have been renovated, the generosity and quality of the kitchen, the wellbeing in the spa and especially the inside/outside pool with stunning views!

"A magnificent reinvention"

10.0

I’ve viaited interski before, but this was my first trip since the extensive renovations. There is still the same level of welcome, good food and of course the stupendous views don’t change, but the hotel has truly stepped into the 21st century. The pool is probably one of the nicest in the world: an infinity pool where you are literally swimming off the mountainside. It’s also eco friendly with low chlorine levels. It’s incredibly well designed and really sets interski apart from other hotels in the area. Other upgrades include a revamp of the dining room, with modern touches, a micro-brewery and modernised bedrooms. Interski hasn’t lost any of its charm but it’s definitely turned up the wow factor several notches.

"An absolutely wonderful Hotel in the most beautiful area in the world."

10.0

We spent a week at The Interski in June. It was without doubt one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in. It was intimate, personal and the service was maticulous! We were lucky to be the first in our room after a renovation. It was beautiful with spectacular views. There was plenty of room, a large bathroom with a separate toilet. There was a balcony to go out and be swept away by magnificent views. At all times the service and food were of an excellent standard. We are already planning our trip back in 2020 to again stay at the Interski and spend a week walking across the mountains filled with wild flowers just below the Peaks of The Dolomites.

"A Great Vacation at Hotel Interski"

10.0

We recently stayed at Hotel Interski for a ski vacation and we couldn’t have been happier. Lukas and his staff are excellent and always warm and accommodating. The hotel is newly appointed with a roomy and pleasant dining and bar area, and the spa and pool are fantastic after a long day on the mountain. The food is quite good and after big lunches everyday on the mountain it was nice to relax at the hotel and not worry about finding a restaurant for dinner. Shuttle service to the lifts was easy, and the town bus stops at the foot of the driveway. One of the highlights of our trip was the guide sevice that was included in our stay . Giorgio is a wonderful guide, lots of fun, and knows all the good mountain huts where we had incredible meals. He brought us on some great adventures, and it was fun getting to know some of the other quests. He also runs the Hotel rental shop which couldn’t be more convenient. Excellent high end Nordica ski equipment. I’m pretty picky about my skis and I have to say this service is excellent. Thank you, Hotel Interski. We’ll be back next year!

"Wonderful stay at Hotel Interski!"

10.0

We stayed three times at the Hotel Interski. It offers great views, fantastic summer and winter activities, excellent food, wines and beers, friendly service and a fully renovated bar, restaurant and wellness area! It recently engaged a deep renovation process which successfully balances tradition and modernity! At last, the indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view on the Sassolungo is a pure gem ;-)

"Great value in Dolomites"

10.0

The pictures on the website misrepresent the location of this hotel by making it seem like it's in the middle of a meadow. In fact, the neighborhood has grown up around the place and it's pretty much surrounded by buildings. That said, we really liked this place. We visited July 2010. It's run by family, mainly by a young man we nicknamed "Ferris" because he had that little Ferris Buehler half-smile going on. He's fluent in Italian, German, English, and apparently a couple of other languages, so he makes it all easy. Location is good, not right downtown in Santa Christina, but close enough to comfortably walk. Nice rooms with beautiful views, good service, and great food. Lots of good advice about hiking routes and other activities, and a great sauna/pool complex. We got a room and half-board (big breakfast and 4-course dinner) for less than a room alone in suburban Boston. Guests tend to stay for a few days, eat at the same times, and get to know each other. Strong wine cellar if you want it, and coffee, beer, soda available anytime. I suspect it's a lot busier in winter, but irrespective of the season, we'd definitely go back. Santa Christina is a little bit quieter than either Ortesi or the next town up valley (though still has shops and restaurants) and I think it's a great place to be situated for a summer vacation.
