"Stop over accomadation"

Generally stay was good as i was there for 1 night before my next flight. Staff were good and helpful. Would book this hotel for stop over again as the price was very good.

"Bad hotel choice"

Stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff very not helpful AT ALL, after we checked in at 7pm we went out to eat and forgot something in the hotel so went back quickly to get it and found two men in our room "fluffing pillows" for for what they said was "night service", very sketchy. room was okay sheets were not clean. Overall expwrience was not good. Feel like they were taking advantage of us.

"Clean Room, Breakfast so so."

Clean Room, Breakfast not so much choice but still OK. It is close to exhibition center and airport, if no traffic just take 15-20mins. For the price I got this time, good deal, if next time I can get the same price or cheaper I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

"Mixed!"

Our room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived, we complained at reception and they happily moved us to an alternative room within minutes. In another one of our rooms we noticed there was a cockroach, we caught it under a glass and when we called the hotel to remove it they accidentally let it go, kicking it out of the room! Leading to a sleepless night! The hotel restaurant was absolutely freezing, the ladies sat with heir scarves on, when we requested the temperature be changed we were told it was a central system and nothing could be done, on a positive note the food was delicious!
