The Regale by Tunga

Stay was ok and it could have been better.

Our stay at the Regale Tunga was an experience we'll always remember, from the kindness showed by the men who helped us from our car at the entrance to the room service Jyoti who kept our room impeccably clean..A big Thankyou to the lovely receptionists at the front desk who always tried to answer all our tiresome questions.Even though this hotel is quite a distance from the main part of Mumbai, it was always a pleasure to get back to a clean comfortable refreshing room. We will definitely come back here to stay in the very near future and I am going to recommend this very pleasant place to all I know.

This hotel was ok but the taxi drivers didn't know where it was and staff had no idea we were booked in. The wifi didn't work too well but we only stayed 1 night.

Came to Mumbai during the last week of August and stayed here for 3 days. Negatives: * The room cleanliness was not upto mark. The carpet was dirty and I could feel the dirt on the soles of my feet. * The breakfast buffet is a joke. There aren't enough options and the food that they do put out is bland and tastes like the previous day's food made hot. Even the Fruits weren't fresh. Coffee is usually quite easy; they weren't able to get that right either. * The in room fridge is empty. This is one of the main areas hotels make money. The mark up prices on the in room snacks is huge and although I don't usually help myself to it, it would've been nice to have it when I wanted to snack at 2am after a night out. Their loss. * The room service does not have much on the menu after 10pm. Positives: * Very helpful and friendly front desk. Prompt service with a smile. * Good location - close to the airport and local markets and businesses. Restaurants are available close by. * Private cabs available outside the hotel.

Nothing went to plan in the hotel on the booking I was told there is a summing pool. The beds were not done to get wifi took us one hour overall I would not stay in this hotel again

Room was clean , Service is really bad. They served burnt pizza when ordered.

It was a short stay . I found the staff courteous and cooperative.

Stayed for 20 days, a very comfortable stay, can say a home away from home. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff very polite and supportive. Food is really good didn't get bored even though I had almost three meals every day there. Internet connectivity and maintenance of fitness room not so great for a business traveler.

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. Excellent shower.
