Segara Village Hotel

Food, location, staff all good.

No gym, bed very hard like slabs. Stayed here three weeks previous to this stay. I was promised an upgrade. So I rebooked with my sister and 84 year old mum. But the upgrade never happened. I asked about it on arrival and I was told it was no longer available 😕

Lovely garden and grounds. Close to the beach. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very good. Loved the pool, pool bar, spa, bakery and dining areas. Easy walking distance to the mall. We had a beautiful stay here. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant, and the staff in all areas are amazing. We have only praise for them. A big thankyou to Ardi at the swimup bar for awesome cocktails and for the great conversations. Such a lovely guy! The grounds are super amazing. Massive credit to the hardworking gardeners who always had a friendly smile and greeting. Location is amazing. Food and service in the restaurant is 5 star. Credit to all staff who were always friendly and helpful in all areas. And a big thankyou to Roi the boy in reception.

We upgraded to a Bungalow, and were a bit disappointed. Not much room, and felt cramped. Too much light coming in from outside, even with the curtains closed. Couldnt turn off the under bed light, or the soft roof lighting. Room was looking tired. Staff did a great job of servicing the room. No bedside tables, because not enough room. One rack for one small suitcase, is not enough to be honest. For what we paid, we didnt feel we got value for money.

I think you should have an adult only pool, the lagoon pool would be perfect! Should have a refill water around the resort. Afternoon teas should have small sandwiches included.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Mit Strand, Promenade, Icon Bali. Die Anlage ist sehr gross und schön grün. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Es hat im Raum extrem stark nach Chemikalien gerochen. Auch nach längerem Lüften war es nicht weg. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war uns der Aufwand für einen Zimmerwechsel zu gross. Das Hotel sollte sich Gedanken machen, was für Stoffe in den Zimmern eingesetzt werden.

Magnifique hôtel situé en bord de plage. Très soigné, très bien entretenu et régulièrement rénové. Simplement superbe.
