Please note that The Segara @ Village 2 room type is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We are excited to announce that Segara Village Hotel will undergo a renovation starting end of August 2026. The project will focus on upgrading the Deluxe rooms in Village 1 and The Segara@Village 2 to provide a more modern and luxurious guest experience. The renovation is estimated to take approximately 1.5 years. During this time, the rest of the hotel, including other room categories and all facilities, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted service for our valued guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff was really net and the location is great. We liked the pools and the food.

They did make a lot of noise early on the morning and on the afternoon with sweeping the floors and cutting the grass.

We had an amazing stay at Segara Village Hotel and would highly recommend it! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety each morning, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with such a lovely setup that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The pool area was fantastic—beautifully designed,and perfect for both adults and children. Traveling with our 3-year-old daughter can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything so easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Our daughter was treated so wonderfully and made to feel very special, and we felt just as looked after. The service throughout our stay was truly 5-star—warm, professional, and always with a smile. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our family holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back!

The room was very comfortable & clean. The gardens were beautiful, staff very friendly, location was great.

I didnt like the pools very much, to dark. It was hard to see the steps.

The location is excellent - we really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and gardens. The pools are lovely - we enjoyed the quieter hotel quest only pool the most. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are on the beach or can walk along the path with no scooters or cars. Close to Bali Icon mall and lots of choices for drinks and dinner. The breakfast had many choices and what you might expect from a buffet breakfast.

it is a busy hotel, probably better suited to families that couples but there was little to not like. We arrived a little early and it seemed check in can never be organised earlier, but they looked after our bags until check in time
