Segara Village Hotel

My partner Debbie is having knee surgery next month and every member of staff did everything they possibly could to make her more comfortable during our stay. As she limped into the restaurant at the end of the day the staff would bring a spare seat for her to keep her leg raised, then bring an ice pack to ease the pain. We couldn't thank them enough for their help.

We had an amazing time at Segara Village with our 1 year old son! The resort offered so much more than we expected. Really hard to see how much the resort has to offer until you get there and find out it really has everything you need. Top location in Sanur, right on the boardwalk which was so convenient for daily walks and bike rides with our little one. You can relax by the pool, have a great meal or drinks at the restaurant/ beach bar, go to the beach for a swim, and stroll down a boardwalk all in the same spot. The swimming pools, including a kids pools with slide, were so fun for us and our toddler. There’s even a playground which was great. The resort’s gardens were beautiful to wander through daily- and the lighting at night really created a special atmosphere. The restaurant and beach bar never disappointed. We had lunch and dinners daily and the food was excellent. Daily buffet breakfast was also a big plus, varied enough with a mix of western style breakfast, Indonesian specialties and pastries/cakes. Resort staff was always super friendly and helpful too. Very professional and welcoming. We could not have expected anything better for our holiday with our toddler. After spending 10 days there, we believe it truly is the best resort in Sanur for young families like ours.

Great location and pools. Beautiful gardens and staff. Like having a daybed on the veranda. We like the older Bali style of accommodation we would be happy to stay here again but needs some renovations. The restaurant is fantastic. We love the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach with great service too.

Needs a refurb and we had a lot of rain while there and unfortunately the sewer backed up into the shower via the drain and water seeped into back of our room on our last night. We asked for a refund of that last night as we didn’t get much sleep but they weren’t able to do that but did provide a curtesy room to shower and free transport to the airport which was something.
