Please note that The Segara @ Village 2 room type is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We are excited to announce that Segara Village Hotel will undergo a renovation starting end of August 2026. The project will focus on upgrading the Deluxe rooms in Village 1 and The Segara@Village 2 to provide a more modern and luxurious guest experience. The renovation is estimated to take approximately 1.5 years. During this time, the rest of the hotel, including other room categories and all facilities, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted service for our valued guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Our first time in Sanur and it was wonderful"

Location sensational! Facilities exceptional! Gardens, rooms, pools, gazebos fantastic! Staff perfection!

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, my hips were painful everyday. Each different eating area/room service had the same menu. I would like to see some more variety in menu depending on if eating in main restaurant vs the beach deck area vs the glassed in area.

"Prima verblijf, maar ik had liever ergens anders geslapen en een dagje naar het zwembad gegaan."

De tuin, de buitenruimte en het zwembad (met veel andere kleine kinderen).

De kamers zijn vrij basic, het rook naar riool in de wc. Daarnaast was het ‘massale’ ontbijt vooral lekker als je van een Indonesisch ontbijt houdt en internationaal wat minder. De koffie was ook niet lekker. Er waren wel heerlijke broodjes en er was goede koffie bij het restaurant zelf te koop, maar dat was erg prijzig.

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Sanur Beach. Die Beleuchtung am Abend ist der Wahnsinn. Das Restaurant Byrd ist sehr stylisch angelegt und die Patisserie gut klimatisiert. Es gibt vegane Gerichte. In der Anlage gibt es einen heiligen großen Baum mit Tempel. Fußläufig ist in der Nähe ein großes Einkaufszentrum.

Einiges in diesem Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Z. B. die Auflagen der Liegen haben Flecken und schauen nicht ganz einladend aus. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war der Pfau, der die meiste Zeit in einem Käfig eingesperrt war. Und die Matratze im Bett war sehr schlecht.

"I really loved my stay here, it's a beautiful, well laid out resort with stunning gardens."

The room was clean, comfortable and lovely. The restaurant was superb, overlooking the beach and great food! The smaller pool was very nice, although sometimes difficult to get a lounger.

The bigest disapointment was the huge numbers of outside people using the main pool every day, making it unpleasant for people actually staying at the resort to have a swim.
