Please note that The Segara @ Village 2 room type is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We are excited to announce that Segara Village Hotel will undergo a renovation starting end of August 2026. The project will focus on upgrading the Deluxe rooms in Village 1 and The Segara@Village 2 to provide a more modern and luxurious guest experience. The renovation is estimated to take approximately 1.5 years. During this time, the rest of the hotel, including other room categories and all facilities, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted service for our valued guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"We enjoyed our stay there and found everything very well set out and the staff was so lovely."

"Appreciated the steps and handrail at the Lagoon pool."

Was always able to get sun bed near pool. Staff were lovely.

Butter should be placed near toast station. We found the steps around the eating areas quite difficult as we are elderly.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room - very spacious and clean, great bathroom. The grounds are very well maintained and the lighting at night is stunning with beautiful fairy lights throughout the property. The food was fabulous. We opted not to have breakfast included however there was a great menu at the Byrd restaurant. The staff were most healpful and very friendly.

Fabulous location, close to everything,lovely cafes, restaurants, warungs, spas and shopping all within walking distance Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great and choice of 3 pool areas to relax and unwind as well as the beach out in front of the resort Breakfast was great, lots of fresh and cooked choices Value for money, would highly recommend
