Please note that The Segara @ Village 2 room type is not suitable for children under 12 years old. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We are excited to announce that Segara Village Hotel will undergo a renovation starting end of August 2026. The project will focus on upgrading the Deluxe rooms in Village 1 and The Segara@Village 2 to provide a more modern and luxurious guest experience. The renovation is estimated to take approximately 1.5 years. During this time, the rest of the hotel, including other room categories and all facilities, will remain fully operational to ensure uninterrupted service for our valued guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely and welcoming"

The overall ambiance was lovely. A few paths are difficult for an older person to negotiant. Our room, 104 needed an Air Purifier for some reason, it kept forcing HOT AIR into the room, which needed turning off now and again. Suryati and her staff are lovely. It's lovely to see the same faces every year, that tells us the staff are efficient and happy.

We are staying somewhere less expensive next year because we are PENSIONERS on a limited budget, although will finish our holiday with 3 days with you in June 2027. We would stay the whole time if we could afford it. The other place is further away from the beach, although is $65.00/night, not $200.00/night.

We were given a large room in the same area as other seniors and had a shared pool, no children. Very quiet and comfortable.

The self service breakfast not so convenient as I needed to choose everything for my husband as he had mobility and vision problems. Good breakfast selection with self service coffee machine.
