The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room showed some wear and tear, e.g. the built in desk had a crack and was sagging a bit. But, it was still functional so I wasn't too concerned. Also, the shower water was very hot and didn't appear to adjust when I tried turning on more cold water - probably a mixer issue.

Close to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff.

It had a strong smell on lower floor where I stayed, that triggered some allergies. Other than that it was fine for sleep before flying out.

"Poorly maintained"

No hot water in the morning. Their excuse is everyone is taking a shower. In 50 years of traveling we've never had a hotel/motel run out of hot water. The key access on the entry door by our room doesn't work. Their excuse is it's only an exit door, which means if you park by your room you have to schlep your luggage all the way to the lobby to get in. We won't be staying here again.
